QUALIFICATION STATEMENT
For KEYFAB to become a well recognised authority and continuously offer and deliver the quality the client deserves, we believe that it is imperative that we are Qualified, to do just that.
KEYFAB presents the following qualification statements:
Thermoplastic Welding personnel are Certified by the PFSA (Plastics Federation of South Africa) therefore, all welding personnel have their own “Personal Welding Number” so that all welds are traceable for QC requirements.
All Permanent Employees are at Least, Certified Steel Welders in, Mig, Tig, Arc and Gas.
All Permanent Employees have Blue Chip site experience, on either local and or international sites.
All Thermoplastic Welding equipment is certified and internationally quality compliant.
The Managing Director has over 20 years Projects and Fabrication experience and qualifications in the following: Boilermaking, Steel Welding and Fabrication Inspection (SAIW), Manager Development, Projects Management and Drafting.
The Continued Investment in the qualifications and development of all personnel generates a competitive advantage toward the quality we strive for.
Our involvement with Professional Bodies such as SAISC, PFSA, TWISA and MERSETA (SGB) allows Keyfab the ability to stay abreast with the latest developments in the Thermoplastic and Steel Industries.
