KEYFAB are the most proficient in the Construction, Project Support Management and Quality Control services in both Thermoplastic and Steel.

KEYFAB has predominantly gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from the Chemical, Mining, Petroleum, Process, Effluent and Water Treatment, industries. KEYFAB does not however limit itself to these industries only. Projects in other technical fields will certainly fall well within our capabilities.

Where required by the client, KEYFAB will in addition, Manage, the Engineering, Manufacture, Fabrication, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of products from the following materials, in the engineering field, but are not limited to, Aluminium, Carbon & Stainless Steel and Thermo-Plastics (PVC, PPL, HDPE, & PVDF).

All projects and contracts, both large and small, will be given our fullest attention.

Although some of the above are additional services, the tender price will be very competitive and will not increase the rates beyond the normal costing due to our internal agreements with our alliance companies.

Quality Assurance

In order to meet your requirements our company will follow the standards as required by each contract whereby your objectives will be met.

THERMOPLASTIC
All our Thermoplastic Welding personnel are certified by the Plastics Federation of South Africa and have the required Welder registration Number to verify each weld.

ENGINEERING
Due to the Skilled, Committed and Innovative approach within the workforce we are able to focus on Quality and Customer Satisfaction, thereby achieving the engineering standards required of our clients from most metals and thermoplastics.

CONSTRUCTION
Although the workforce is well versed in all aspects of construction and has vast experience, each and every Technician and permanently appointed site employee has at the very least a certificate in a particular trade to be ensure that we only deliver the best quality workmanship possible.
